★TERMS OF SERVICE★

by commissioning me, you agree with the following:

･ You must be 18 years or older;･ You acknowledge that I’m a digital illustrator and my work is digital only, meaning there won’t be any shipping of physical goods;･ All copyrights are reserved to me (@dreamsheepu). I do not allow my art to be used for commercial purposes, unless commercial usage is specifically accorded at the time the order is made;･ As the artist, I can still publish the commissioned art on my social media and add it as a part of my portfolio;･ No one is allowed to edit, trace, copy my art or remove the watermark from the finished product. You’re not allowed to claim my art as your own in any circumstance;･ While commissioners are allowed to repost and use the art they ordered, credits to me (DreamSheepu) or a link to one of my socials must be explicitly given anytime the art is showcased;･ None of my art is allowed to be minted as NFT (Non Fungible Token), not by the commissioner nor anyone else;･ I don't allow my art to be used in AI.

★COMMISSION PROCESS★

Deposit → Sketch approval → Coloring → Final image sent via email

･ Commissioners have the option of paying in full right before I start sketching or 50% before the sketch and 50% after it’s approval.･ Any edits can be made during sketching phase. If you want any structural modifications after this, there will be an additional fee.･ Turnaround time for commission’s completion may vary, going from 1 week to 3 months.･ RUSH ORDERS: If you need the work done before 3 months, you can ask for a rush order and give me a deadline. There will be a fee equivalent to the time I had to complete the art.If I’m not able to finish your rush order in time, you’ll receive a total refund.

★BASIC SETTINGS★

Please specify beforehand if you'd like any changes!

The basic settings to all my artworks are:
･ Solid color or simple pattern background;
･ 72dpi;
･ About 1800x2600 wide.

★COMMERCIAL USE★

Commercial use of my artwork must be agreed on the time the order is made.I charge a one-time fee of +100% of the total price (double the total price) for any usage including but not limited to: monitized youtube videos, promotional artwork, album or book covers.For merchandise design, it's a one-time fee of +200% the price.

★REFUNDS★

Refunds are only possible if I haven’t started working on your commission, or if I'm not able to complete it in 3 months.
